The award night of the Contact Center World EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) regional competition planned to be held in Lisbon, was held online on October 29, 2020 due to the pandemic. YIMER 157 won the gold medal in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) regional competition in the category of "Best Emergency Services" at the awards night.

YIMER 157, which won the first place in the EMEA Region Competition, qualified for the world class competition within the scope of Global Contact Center World Events.

Call center competitions including various categories are held every year and the best of the international call center industry are brought together through these competitions. While the competitions are evaluated in a two-stage process, the first stage is organized in 3 regions (America, Europe and EMEA) within itself. Successful nominees in three regions compete for the world championship within the scope of Global Contact Center World Events as the second stage. The global competition is planned to be held in America.
