I get an insurance mismatch error, what can I do?
"You need to consider the following information regarding the insurance mismatch error:
- First of all, the insurance information entered must belong to the foreigner. If there is no match with the foreigner’s identity information or passport/Foreigner identity number, you cannot continue the application.
- When the policy number, renewal number and the name of the insurance company are entered incorrectly, an error warning is received for all three. In this case, you should try again in the following days.
- The policy number/insurance company name/renewal number/start-end date information must be obtained/confirmed by contacting the relevant insurance company.
- The renewal number is the number of times you have renewed your insurance with the same company. If the renewal number is not written in the insurance policy, you should enter the renewal number as '0' if you have taken out insurance from the insurance company for the first time, '1' if you have taken out insurance for the second time and '2' if you have taken out insurance for the third time.
- Entering information should be tried only with numbers, not with the letters or signs in the policy.
- First of all, the red fields should be filled in and the 'Add' button below should be clicked.
- After the information is added to the list, you can continue your application by clicking the 'Next' button.
- If you continue to receive errors despite all instructions, you will need to contact your insurance company. There is no action that can be taken by YIMER 157 or the Migration Management.
