Foreigners’ residence and humanitarian residence permit procedures are carried out by the Governorships (Provincial Directorate of Migration Management), which is the first step application authority pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 22 of the Law No. 6458 on Foreigners and International Protection. However, it has been determined that foreigners have contacted third parties or instutions working under the name of consultancy and insurance services in order to obtain residence or humanitarian residence permit by using our organizational logo. It was understood that these persons or instutions have been asked a high amount of wages in order to obtain a residence or a humanitarian residence permit. Moreover, that they abused foreigners by giving definite commitments in order to stay in the country by using the process of humanitarian residence.

Therefore, in order to have one of the types of residence permit listed in the Law No. 6458 on Foreigners and International Protection, please do not rely on any third parties or instutions other than the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.
