Council of Ministers decision was published in the Official Gazette allowing entry into Turkey of the foreigners until December 31, 2014 coming at the Turkish border gates, but who do not have a passport or an equivalent document which is at least valid for sixty days as from the expiry of visa, visa exemption or residence permit, as per Article 18 of Law No. 6458 on Foreigners and International Protection.
