YIMER 157 RETURNED FROM LONDON WITH AWARDS

YIMER 157 has made our country proud with “Jury’s Special Award" and "Best Multi-Lingual Contact Centre Award".   

At the European Contact Centres and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) Summit, 17th anniversary this year, where 1100 participants from 64 countries took place, YIMER 157 was awarded with "Jury’s Special Award" and "Best Multi-Lingual Contact Centre Award".

European Contact Centres and Customer Service Awards is a prestigious activity which is organized with the aim of achieving perfection and promoting, where projects and institutions in contact centres and customer service sector in Europe are evaluated and awarded.

YIMER 157, which reached the happy end as a result of multi-dimensional evaluations among 124 projects from 17 countries, was awarded at the gala organized in London on 28 November 2017.

Ms. Ann Marie STAGG, Chief Executive of the Call Centre Management Association in the UK and President of the European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations, specifically addressed YIMER 157 in the introduction of presentations and awards.

Ms. STAGG stated that "YIMER 157 not only provided service for foreigners living in Turkey on 7/24 in 6 languages but also it saved lives” and she also emphasised the value of lives it has brought back to life. Stating that the success of YIMER 157 is so great and valuable that it cannot fit into any category, Ms. STAGG highlighted that it was deemed worthy of the "Jury’s Special Award" and "Best Multi-Lingual Contact Centre Award" as the sole and pre-eminent in its field by the competition jury.

Having been awarded for our efforts as YIMER 157 shows once more that we are on the right path for ourselves and our country. We are happy to share our right proud with you.
